Our Participant and Volunteer applications for the 2010 Team MDO Sports Festival are now online!
When filling out the forms, please be aware that, if using a newer version of Outlook or Mac Mail, as well as a recent version of Adobe Acrobat, you will be able to send the form straight to info@teammdo.org! If you have an older version, you should still be able to fill out the forms, save them to your desktop and either print them at your convienence, or send info@teammdo.org an email with your application attached.
Please also be aware that we have changed the setup of our Paypal donation buttons for those of you who would like to make a donation to the festival for a 2010 participant or just a donation in general. We’ve added a field for you to specify what your donation is in regards to. Please make sure to let us know, as we need to keep track of such things.
